한국 관광 무역의 고도화 방안에 관한 실증 연구 - 국내 펜션 이용 외국 관광객 설문 조사를 바탕으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the trends in tourism of the trade service and to study literatures and cases of using pensions in rural and suburbs areas, and also to conduct quantitative research through a multi-year survey on the use of foreign tourists in domestic pensions. The theoretical composition of this study is as follows. First, we described the concept and characteristics of service trade in WTO international agreement. Second, we also examined WTO's General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) regulations related to tourism trade services. Third, we conducted research on pension business, tourism trade, and internationalization of pension which is basic data of quantitative analysis. The three hypotheses of this study are as follows. We measured the satisfaction of foreign tourists on domestic pension tourism (H1), and measured the intention to participate in the pension tourism again (H2), and finally, measured the intention to recommendation to others (H3). Through the hypothesis test, we have academic contribution that re-affirms the psychological marketing theory such as self determination theory and self defense mechanism, and also have very important implications in practice through the presentation of internationalization plan of domestic pension business.
