중소기업의 무역확대를 위한 지원방안에 관한 연구

초록
본 연구는 중소기업의 무역확대를 위해 대학교육의 무역전공자를 중심으로 무역교육과 중소기업에 대한 잠재수요를 파악하고, 무역유관기관의 지원방안이 보다 효과적일 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 중소기업의 무역확대를 위한 지원방안으로 3가지 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 중소기업에 대한 인식제고가 필요하다. 신설된 중소벤처기업부는 중소기업에 대한 정책을 관리할 수 있는 일원화된 창구 역할을 수행할 필요가 있다. 이는 다양한 무역유관기관과의 조율과 지원정책의 시너지를 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 둘째, 대학교의 실무중심의 무역학 전공교육의 확대가 필요하다. 이론과 실무가 융합된 기존의 교과구성에서 벗어나 실무를 중심으로 한 교과목으로의 변화가 요구된다. 전자, 관세, 결제 등 중소기업의 무역확대를 위한 실질적인 지식으로 무장한 인력의 배출이 필요하며, 무역전공 학생들에게 해외시장에 대한 끊임없는 도전의식을 고취할 수 있는 실전형 교육을 확대할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 중소기업과 지역 대학과의 산학협력이 필요하다. 중소기업을 위한 인력양성과 지역대학을 위한 기업의 진출시장 확대가 결합할 수 있도록 정부주도의 산학협력 모듈을 개발해야 한다. 이는 시장 중심의 산학협력 전략 품목을 구축함으로써 국내시장과 해외시장에 따른 차별화된 관리를 통해 중소기업의 무역확대를 견인할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study have examined the potential demand focusing on the trade majors of university education in order to expand the trade of SMEs. Through this study, we have made three suggestions as a support plan for expanding trade of SMEs. First, it is necessary to raise new awareness of SMEs. The newly established Ministry of SMEs and Startups needs to act as a unified window to manage policies for SMEs. Second, it is necessary to expand the practice of international trade education of the university. For this it is necessary to change from the existing curriculum which is a fusion of theory and practice to a curriculum focusing on practical work. Third, industry-university cooperation between SMEs and local universities is needed. Government-led industry-academia collaboration modules should be developed to combine the training of manpower for SMEs. As s result, it is expected that it will be able to lead the trade expansion of SMEs by differentiated management according to domestic market and overseas market.
