보건복지 분야 사회적기업의 재정지원 특성에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study was identify the relationship between government financial support for social enterprises and economic performance of social enterprise in health & welfare. Among total 564 social enterprise, this study used public disclosure of economic performance of 146 social enterprises in health & welfare provided by Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency(KSEPA). Therefore, this is study investigated the relationship between government support for social enterprises and economic performance of social enterprise in health & welfare. Government financial support for social enterprises is composed of employment costs, business professionals costs, project development costs and social insurance premiums. And economic performance of social enterprise is composed of the total sales, operating income and net profit during the term. The results of this study were as followings: 1) employment costs was negatively related to the operating income, 2) business professionals was positively related to the net profit during the term, 3) social insurance premiums was positively related to the total sales and the net profit during the term. 4) employment costs and social insurance premiums have a positive effect on the total sales, 5) employment costs and social insurance premiums have a positive effect on the profit during the term
