마을기업의 현황과 정책방안에 관한 연구

The goal of the study is to explain the concept, the current state and the type of the town enterprise to stress regionality and public character of the town enterprise by means of the improvement plan and solution to various problems of local community and to seek the way to set up the policy for the promotion of the town enterprise. The purpose for introducing the domestic town enterprise is to solve the problems of the local community through the voluntary participation of the local residents and encourage the business activities by utilizing strategically the local resources. For the town enterprise to gain and maintain the economic and social achievements and sustainability, the effective role and support of the central and local government for the accomplishment of the sustainable profitability and the public interest, the independent endeavor accompanying the financial independence will of the local residents and the necessity of establishing the diversified and cooperative network system linked with the local organization‧company‧institution are underlined. Namely, we should put emphasis on the importance of the value of the town enterprise, securing sustainability by securing the market and the invigoration of the local community through the stable management. It is required that along with reinforcing the legal and systematic support policy for the town enterprise at the national level, the planning to be able to draw an alternative solution within the community with the innovative platform for the sustained growth of the town enterprise through building the cooperative governance of the town enterprise, the plan to support the systematic education and training for the enhanced management system and the systematization of building the innovation capability scheme.
