비대칭 오분류 비용을 고려한 물류센터 자원운영 계획 수립

The rapid development of mobile and communication technology makes the demand as well as the variability of logistics service dramatically increased. Because of the increased the variability, it becomes more difficulty to make rational decisions to prepare resources in logistics center such as truck, forklift and human resource. In order to deal with the variability, it is general to own the minimum resource and secure more resource considering the fluctuated demand. In this research, a new classification based framework has been proposed by revising the traditional resource planning based on the predicted demand. With the framework, it is possible to introduce the asymmetric penalty costs for resource planning which is applied in classification. Also, the result of cost and sensitivity analysis based on the data from practical logistics business may help managers to make decision which can reduce the dynamic cost from the predictive error.
