지식재산 인력의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력에 대한 교육요구도 분석

This study surveyed, for training intellectual property personnel, importance and perceived competency level of core competencies in the industrial field, and analyzed the significant difference and educational need of each group (sex, type of personnel, job career). This study conducted a survey targeting trainees who completed intellectual property course at IIPTI of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and the results and conclusion of the survey are as follows: First, for core competencies, importance and perceived competency level of core competencies in the industrial field showed a significant difference according to sex and type of personnel, except to job career. Second, for educational need, a total of ten core competencies are all above 0.0, so the level of educational approach and training is required to go up. Therefore, intellectual property education needs to be expanded to core competencies as well as content knowledge. Accordingly, for core competencies education, it is urgent to develop and operate an independent program and some programs connected to user-centered intellectual property content knowledge in consideration of type of personnel and sex.
