키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 살펴본 정치교육 연구 동향

This study examined trends of political education research using Keyword Network Analysis method. A total of 266 articles published in domestic journals were selected for analysis. 141 keywords were extracted from the title of the paper, This study analyzed trends of political education research topics by analyzing frequency of occurrence of keywords. Lastly, this study derives the network structure between the keywords of political education articles and conduct network analysis. First, the most frequently appeared keywords are ‘high school’, ‘political participation’, ‘unification education’, and ‘Germany’. It means that those subject were the most discussed in the political education research articles. Second, in network analysis, the concept of ‘Degree Centrality’ and ‘Betweenness Centrality’ were applied. The keyword with the highest value of Degree Centrality were ‘high school’, ‘political participation’, ‘high school student’, ‘middle school student’, ‘law and political textbook’. It means that various researches have been done on these keywords in political education. In particular, value of Betweenness Centrality of ‘high school’ and ‘political participation’ is high. This implies that ‘high school’ and ‘political participation’ are influential subjects that can integrate or expand various subjects related to political education. Through these research results, this study would like to explore the development direction of political education by examining research trends related to political education.
