청년 창업지원시스템이 대학생의 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 창의성의 조절효과 검증

본 연구는 청년 창업지원시스템(창업교육, 창업자금)이 대학생의 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명하고, 청년 창업지원시스템과 창업의지 관계에 창의성의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하여 청년 창업지원시스템의 효과를 실증적으로 분석, 고찰하여한국 대학생에 적합한 대학생 청년 창업 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 창업지원시스템으로 창업교육과 창업자금은 대학생의 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치고있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 청년의 창업의지에 있어서 창업교육과 창업자금에 대한 구체적으로 세밀한 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향관계에서 창의성에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 창업자금은 창업의지에미치는 영향관계에서 창의성에 따른 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해서는 창업지원시스템 뿐 만 아니라 창의성을 높이기 위한 다양한활동과 노력이 필요하며 대학생들에게 창의성에 대한 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 효율적인 청년 창업지원시템인 창업자금, 창업교육의 성공 요인을파악할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 창업의지를 강화하기 위한 적극적인 대학내의창업교육이 필요할 것이며 정부 및 지방자치단체의 창업지원 활동 중 창업자금이 창업의지에 영향을 미치기 때문에 창업자금 융자, 기술개발 자금 등 적극적인 지원을 통하여아이템이 있으면 창업할 수 있는 여건을 만드는 것도 중요하리라 사료된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to inform the university Students and startup policy makers about the current status of Young Startup Support System and to identify criteria that could impact the startup effectively among various support program. The purpose of this study is to categorize the Young Startup Support System into three different types. These types are startup education support, startup activity and commercialization support the startup Intention and opportunity recognition support programs. Research results show that, Firstly, startup activity Young Startup Support System had impacted secondly, startup education have influence on startup intention. Thirdly, startup activity support had influenced on startup intention. Finally, startup activity support and startup intention strongly influenced entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Also, commercialization and startup intention strongly influenced opportunity recognition. Other factors only influenced partially. Young Startup Support System shall seek various solutions to improve quality to increase startup intention based on the research results. Also, high quality educational program shall be offered to improve Start-Up Intentional and opportunity recognition, while promoting startup activity and commercialization support emphasized. Try to realize a strategic development for activation of startup business.
