Effects of Psychological Empowerment of Franchise Corporate on Creativity, Financial and Non-Financial Performance

analyzed the impact of factors on performance. The results of the study are as follows. First, the meaning of psychological empowerment, competence and self – determinants were statistically significant. On the other hand, the impact factors did not show statistically significant effects on creativity. Second, creativity has a statistically significant positive effect on financial performance of sub-factors of management performance, and positive impact on non-financial performance. This study proves that perception of psychological empowerment affects employee creativity and creativity affects financial performance and non - financial performance. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize that it is important to give psychological empowerment and enhance creativity in order to achieve management performance.
