저소득 1인 가구 지원에 관한 고찰 - 주거정책을 중심으로 -

In order to solve the problem of a low-income single-person household, it is the most effective way to bring economic stability through job security, but it is a problem that can not be easily solved. Therefore, We can find a way to live as a community by reducing the difficulty a little and establishing a social network. In spite of the fact that most of the low-income single-person households are homeless or rented households and the Housing vulnerability is very weak, the national public housing policy is centered on the multi-family households with dependent families. It remains a blind spot. Moreover, the problem of sudden increase in single-person households is often due to social structural influences beyond the problem of individual 's lifestyle choice, and thus it is necessary to support the government in response to changes in demographic and family structure. In particular, the state needs to actively intervene through laws and institutions to realize the dignity and value of human beings guaranteed by the Constitution, the right to lead a life worthy of human dignity, the comfort of a comfortable housing life, and the obligation to guarantee the basic rights of the state. In this article, we have proposed measures to improve the housing of low-income households, such as changing the size of national housing, increasing the supply of small rental housing, improving housing subscription system, supporting housing expenses, However, in order to create a fair housing lease market separately, education on the Housing Lease Protection Act, compliance with the standard lease contract, and supervision of illegal buildings or housing under the minimum housing standard should be strengthened as well, so that sufficient housing space for low- Quality improvement and small tenant protection can also be achieved.
