초록

High performance and light weight composites are being used increasingly in engineering applications. Also, research and development on leisure boats are actively proceeding for design and materials, recently. In this work, a practical example was introduced for design and manufacturing 4.5m-sized leisure boat by applying p-DCPD material as an eco-friendly materials. the leisure boat assembled by vacuum infusion molding method to manufacture the boat. The leisure boat was designed according to the international regulation (ISO 12205). and the structural strength was satisfied on an evaluation by FEA. The design was verified through the leisure boat assembling and sea trial test.
