창업생태계의 성장과 한계에 대한 피드백 구조분석

This study aims to analysis the feedback structures of the limitation and growth of Korean entrepreneurial(startup) ecosystems. Entrepreneurial ecosystems are defined as a combination of social, political, economic, and cultural elements that support the development and growth of innovative startups. The Korean entrepreneurial ecosystem is confronted on the high limitation of growth, and so many startups are have difficulty in not only start an enterprise but to carry it to final success(exit). There is a need for a systems thinking perspective that seeks to understand how the system’s behavior and influence of entrepreneurial ecosystems change over time. Through the systems thinking approach and based on an extensive literature review, this study developed　a causal-loop diagrams to diagnosis virtuous and vicious feedback structures in Korean entrepreneurial ecosystems. In terms of systems thinking, this study explored dominant feedback structures and found policy leverages to overcome the limitations of Korean entrepreneurial ecosystems.
