The A Study on the Relationship among Sustainability Management, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, and Management Performance

The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of sustainability management, sustainable competitive advantage, and management performance in the hotel company. Data were collected from 281 hotel employees in Seoul. The results of analysis are: First, all the three dimension of the sustainability management was positively related to the sustainable competitive advantage. Second, the sustainability management had effect on management performance. Third, the sustainable competitive advantage had effect on management performance. To sum up the above mentioned study, sustainability management factors and sustainable competitive advantage factors were found to have positive effect on management performance. This study proved the same conclusion as that of the previous study. Accordingly, this study has provided sufficient evidences for future research to investigate the relationship of sustainability management, sustainable competitive advantage, and management performance in the hotel company.
