The Effects of Hotel Employees’ Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility on Hotel Employees’ Turnover Intention. : Focused on the Moderating Effect of Organizational Indentification

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of hotel employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on employees’ turnover intention. The survey was conducted on 280 employees of five star hotel in Seoul and 247 samples were finally used for the data analysis. Using SPSS 18.0 statistics program the frequency analysis, reliability and factor analysis were conducted along with regression analysis and hierarchical analysis. Results revealed that employees’ CSR partially influenced their turnover intention. In particular, the economic and ethical responsibility of CSR has negative effects on organizational trust. And organizational identification moderates the relationship between hotel employees’ perception of environmental responsibility of CSR and hotel employees’ turnover intention. In the final section, both practical and theoretical implications were discussed.
