교양법학 교육을 통한 기초질서 인식 변화 연구

Today, almost all domestic universities have been educating liberal law with various names. In this study, the purpose of liberal law education was set up for the specific purpose of 'basic order recognition' rather than the abstract and academic purpose. The subjects of this study were two liberal law classes of C university in G Metropolitan city. One class was the same as the previous semester. In the other class, ‘concept, type and punishment regulations’ related to basic order were added to existing lecture contents. As a result of this analysis, both groups showed a high perception about the setting variables of this study after education, and it was judged that the education of liberal law increased the awareness of basic order. Particularly in the class that was systematically educated about the basic order, there is greater increase in 'the perception of the basic order, the strict coping with the violation of the basic order, the personal compliance with the basic order and the necessity of basic order education in the university' than the class that was not. So, It was concluded that this study attained the intended educational purpose of liberal law. This suggests that practical education effects can be achieved depending on how concrete educational objectives are set in liberal law education. In this study, however, there is a limitation that the educational purpose of the liberal law can be other purposes besides 'raising awareness of basic order' and I hope that further research on this will continue.
