When the Internet appeared in the 1990s, industry-based businesses simply created a website and responded by sending and receiving documents by e-mail. As mobile service was launched recently, it was necessary to provide mobile pages that responded to the problem by expanding contact with customers or diversifying channels in its original business. However, block chains are quickly being introduced into areas that have few stakeholders in the transaction process. While it may not affect licensed or closed areas, the pattern of transactions (i.e., brokers, intermediary fees, credit providers, etc.) will be entirely different. In this Paper, before talking about the regulations concerning block chains, it is expected that the business environment will be significantly different from the current one due to changes from the financial sector and the decentralization organizations. The following highlights of the block chains and various attempts to take advantage of them, and it is intended to show some things to prepare for changes.
