This study examines the relationship among influencing factors of open innovation (entrepreneurial orientation, organizational culture, and organizational facilitator), open innovation, and firm performance. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey of 277 Korean manufacturing SMEs. We test hypotheses using path analysis model, a kind of structural equation model. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation and the external & decentralize orientation culture influence positively open innovation, and firm performance as well. The relationship between organizational facilitator and open innovation is not statistically significant. However, organizational facilitator appears to influence firm performance negatively. The results confirm the positive indirect effects of open innovation between entrepreneurial orientation (or the external & decentralize orientation culture, the organizational facilitator) and performance.
