초록
In this study, the effects of gym ball, interval running (aerobic exercise), and weights on balance and flexibility were examined to facilitate the paddling with ten middle and high school canoe players (aged between 15 to 19) for eight weeks. To validate the effects of this training, 2way repeated ANOVA was performed and Bonferroni was also carried out for post-hoc via multi-sense compression. As a result, middle and high school players showed the different effects before and after this training. In details, although K-1 500m and ergometer records showed no differences in the group of high school players, there were slight improvement in the group of middle school players after the 8th week of training. In conclusion, this Complex training was proved to be effective on the record of K-1 500 m such that it improves physical strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility, which are required for paddling.
