EU계약법상 매수인의 의무 - DCFR을 중심으로 -

This study has focused on the DCFR on the obligations of the buyer under the EU contract law. Other references to Principles of European Contract Law(PECL), Common European Sales Law(CESL), United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods(CISG), Through the annotation of DCFR, individual legislative examples of EU member states were also examined. DCFR, namely European private law in principles, definitions and model rules is the following volumes contain the results of the work of the Study Group on a European Civil Code and the Research Group on Existing EC Private Law(Acquis Group). The former Commission on European Contract Law (Lando Commission) provided the basis for much of DCFR. It was on their Principles of European Contract Law that the Study Group and the Acquis Group built. A comparison of the legislation of the buyer's obligations with DCFR and the EU member states with the buyer's obligations under the Civil Code shows that there are more detailed and concrete legislations and some legislative examples. However, most of them are not so different from the obligations of the buyer in our civil law. The legislative factor of our law is the continental law, which is recognized as the similarity. Since the signing of an FTA between Korea and the EU, we hope that this information can be used as relevant information when the market exchange is expanding.
