대학생의 셀프리더십이 사회적 지지를 매개로 창업의지에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-leadership on social support and entrepreneurial intention of university students in Korea. A total number of 201 university students responded to the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, self-leadership did had a significant effect on social support. Second, social support had a significant negative effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, self-leadership did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. fourth, social support was found to fully mediate the relationship between self-leadership and entrepreneurial intention. This study suggested the importance of self - leadership and social support of university students. And this study suggests that the negative perception of entrepreneurs should be improved and encouraged to receive social support. Based on these results, it is necessary to make various efforts to raise the social support specialized for start-up rather than self-leadership in order to improve university student’s entrepreneurial intention.
