중소벤처기업의 동적역량 및 가치지향성이 기술혁신을 통한 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The results of this study are as follows: Dynamic capabilities and value orientation has a positive impact on technological innovation, and technological innovation also as a positive effect on business performance. In particular, the assimilation exploitation capabilities of dynamic capabilities have increased the technological innovation, while the absorptive transformation capabilities of dynamic capabilities have not. Variables affecting technological innovation have proven to be assimilation exploitation capabilities of dynamic capabilities. While the technological innovation orientation of value orientation influences technological innovation, it is concluded that the value orientation of customer orientation and social responsibility orientation do not. The results have shown that the value orientation that influences technological innovation is technological innovation orientation. SMEs will be able to enhance their business performance through technological innovation by developing assimilation exploitation capabilities and technological innovation orientation.
