통일이후 법제통합, 통일헌법, 노동법통합에 관한 소고

This research is to study on the unification principles of legal system, fundamentals of unification constitution, and integration of labor law after korean unification. Through the comparative study, an author suggests 3 alternatives in the respect of interdisciplinary research among unification law, constitutional law, and labor law. First, the koran legal system should be expended to north korea region after korean unification, and the minimum north korean law should be recognized the effect temporarily, and the unification constitution should be prepared in advance. Second, the fundamentals of unification constitution should be adopted for the sovereignty of the people, liberal democracy, social welfare, and international peace. Third, the integration of labor law should be observed the unification constitution, and the koran labor law should be expended to north korea region after korean unification, and north korean labor law should not be recognized the effect at all.
