미국 상원 자율주행법안(AV START Act)의 주요내용 및 시사점

The Autonomous Vehicle Legislation - Senate bill (AV START Act - S. 1885) is American version for dealing with autonomous driving technology. AV Start Act is expected to play a momentous role in deploying driverless vehicles. To be prepared for the revolutionized future transportation, AV Start Act may become a good example for Korean legislators and researchers. Particularly, the section for cybersecurity and the section for privacy protection are so important that we need to discuss them further. In summary, AV Start Act is a current version of the best balancing act after weighing the pros and cons on driverless vehicles.
