기업 지원정책과 기업혁신활동이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 : 중소 중견기업을 중심으로

In recent years, there has been a growing demand for innovation in various fields, and there is an increasing demand for innovation based on effectiveness and efficiency in government policy. In this study, we have defined these social needs as "Reinventing Government" and tried to find a countermeasure for the innovation demand for government policy from the viewpoint of "New Public Management". So far, Government supports for small and medium-sized enterprises has been managed by individual policies for each department and comprehensive and systematic analysis of performance has not been conducted. Therefore, we tried to improve the system to understand the variables that affect the definition of various outcomes. We proved how the innovation activity and government support of each company are affected by the collected data. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the factors positive influencing each performance are different as follows.: 1) R&D contribution, Government support - Total asset growth rate 2) R&D investment, R&D contribution - Sales growth rate 3) Government support - Net income growth rate 4) R&D investment - Sales growth rate per employee 5) R&D contribution – Firm’s Value. This study suggests that SME support policy needs to be managed according to 1)performance indicators that are appropriate for each policy objective 2)and that the performance analysis and management system is based on policy It should be done in a integrative and systematic manner 3)and be understood the effects of the influence factors based on enterprise activities.
