The Influence of Entrepreneurial Risk Factors on the Intent to Start-up of Rice Cake Specialty Shop

This study is based on the fact that Korean traditional food is designated as "suitable industry for small and medium enterprises", but the fact that there is no increase in start-ups of rice cake specialty shop is a negative factor in establishing a rice cake specialty shop. This study aims to identify the influencing factors. The results of this study are as follows: First, the perceived negativity factors in the establishment of the cakes specialty store were physical and safety risk perception and social locational risk perception. Second, business risk perception and institutional/professional risk perception in the establishment of a cakes specialty store have a positive effect on start-up. Third, it is shown that future risk perception does not affect the entrepreneurial intention. As a result, first, the most important thing for promoting the establishment of the rice cake shop is that it needs efforts to eliminate the existing negative perception. Second, it is necessary to make effort to mechanize and modernize the physical labor force centered operation. Third, it is important to improve safety by improving and supplementing manufacturing machinery and machinery.

Abstract
