This qualitative research paper is based on the company in the Korean cosmetic business industry. In the past, oil has been a critical ingredient for moisture, anti-aging, and healthy skin for many cosmetic products. However, a resource component called jojoba oil has created a new product for consumers who have high interest in healthy skin. Therefore, this research paper will focus on a company called Pinkwonder who has remarkably positioned itself in the Korean cosmetic industry with the signature product line of Pinkwondr jojoba oil. This research paper will explore the Pinkwonder company and how they have strategically applied various differentiated methods to produce their high revenues comparing to their competitors using their internal resource and capability. Furthermore, the external opportunity and high consumer attention on organic cosmetics have given the company to grow at a rapid pace. Lastly, it will also examine the current and global outlook of their thriving business.
