DTP를 활용한 니트 디자인 연구

A Study on the Knit Design Using DTP

초록

The use of digital textile printing in fashion CAD enables the development of creative designs that can lead to high value-added values, produce a variety of fibers, and provide an image of luxury in fashion design. In developing knit designs, which are constantly in demand, it is necessary to develop high value added product designs that emphasize trends in order to meet consumer needs, and the development of differentiated designs is also necessary. In this study, knit designs were studied using digital text-based printing based on the 21st century. Providing basic data for future development of high-value knitwear by presenting the data in actual knit design DTP development cases. The study methods were based on literature considerations, including prior work, and design cases by SHIMA SEIKEI Co. which has DTP design. In fact, researchers have produced the characteristics of the knit design through interviews with experts at production sites with DTP machines. The following are some common characteristics of knit digital textile printing as a result of a study of knit design using DTP to develop designs suitable for the fashion needs of sophisticated consumers : First, digital print advantages are suitable for small quantity production of different styles. Second, various textures can be expressed depending on the texture of the fabric. Third, it is suitable for quick short delivery, but its disadvantages are hard. Fourth, color and pattern are detailed when DTP is performed on knit fabrics. The following features are derived from the design of digital textile print knit. On the material side, the color of a single material was more clearly expressed than the mixture of materials. On the organizational side, the high gauge was more effective in expressing the print than the low gauge. On the color side, white and ivory are more effective than dark colors. From the side of a pattern, any pattern can be expressed freely, and the patterns can be connected in a cylindrical form such as a side seam and a sleeve seam.
