청년취업아카데미 참여자의 취업성취욕구 향상에 관한 연구 : ERP 실무자 양성과정을 중심으로

The purpose of the study is to investigate the improvement of employment eagerness of participants in youth employment academy. The research subjects are the participants of the training course of ERP Practitioner. For this purpose, I have analyzed the impact of the learning motivation on educational performance of programs and educational performance on employment eagerness. The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSSWIN 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. The first result showed that the intrinsic learning motivation had a significant effect on program's educational performance. Second, the extrinsic learning motivation had a significant effect on program's educational performance. Namely, the intrinsic learning motivation of program’s curiosity, value and the extrinsic learning motivation of a successful employment have improved program's educational performance. Third, the program's educational performance had a significant effect on employment eagerness. Namely, the acquisition of ERP qualification and the improvement of practical accounting ability have improved employment eagerness. The study presents empirical evidence that one of the ways to improve employment eagerness is to increase the program’s educational performance. Thus, it is suggested that job education programs should focus on improving employment eagerness and educational performance by introducing learning motivation strategy programs.
