오센틱 리더십의 선제적 행동에 대한 영향력, 상호의존적 자기해석과 자기효능감의 효과

The purpose of this study was the influence of subordinate's anticipatory behavior by supervisor's authentic leadership and to verify the effects on the moderate variable of subordinate's interdependent self-construal, the effects on the parameter variable of subordinate's self efficacy. For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the supervisor's authentic leadership. Second, the result variable established the subordinate's anticipatory behavior. Third, the moderate variable established the interdependent self-construal and the parameter variable established the self efficacy. To investigate the used regression analysis, bootstrapping analysis, and 150' corporate employees who had worked in Chungnam-province were studied. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of regression analysis to find out effects of supervisor's authentic leadership to the subordinate's anticipatory behavior. Second, it verify the positive influence of moderated variable by the subordinate's interdependent self-construal. Third, it verify the positive influence of parameter variable by the subordinate's self efficacy.
