한국 스타트업 기업의 EU권과의 국제기술협력에 관한 연구- Celtic 클러스터를 중심으로

The creation of jobs in one country is an important core business for the government. Together with these things, the government has recently entered a lot of efforts to nurture start-up companies. A start-up means a founded company that is generally classified as an initial business in an application that is classified into business steps in a business environment.. Especially because it is a dynamic expression so that it can be understood from the word expression of startup and English, we focus on the behavior to start up and if we reflect it exactly it can be a company to be founded. Government policies of startup companies have some support policies, but there is no support policy for international technical cooperation with foreign companies, especially the EU sphere. International technical cooperation with the EU area can mention big EUREKA and FP which can be seen in previous research. In this thesis, let Korean startup companies know the policy to support international technical cooperation with the EU area, so that the goal of research will be placed. The result of the research can be said that international technical cooperation with EUREKA ‘s cluster Celtic is advantageous for Korean start - up companies to do. As the limit of this paper, it can be said that the empirical analysis has not been conducted and the conclusion leaked through the existing material survey. Nevertheless, we can find the contribution of this paper in that we first dealt with international technical cooperation with the EU sphere for start-up companies
