다문화가족 범죄 발생 예방을 위한 법률 개선 방안 연구 -경기도 조례개정 중심으로-

In this research, we aimed to revise the law to support the establishment of multicultural families which are rapidly increasing in Korean society. The problem of multicultural families was not a nationwide phenomenon, but rather that the local governments had applied to legal issues related to support policies when regional deviations were large. The population of multicultural families is 4.5% of the total nationwide population based on 2016, and 12,671,956 people who are double gyeonggi-do foreigners is 32.4%, and the number of crime cases in Gyeonggi province is 42,144 cases across the country highest. As a result, we examined the regulations on multiculturalism in Gyeonggi Province. In the research method of this research, in literature research, multiculture related legal comparison study was conducted. We conducted Focal Group Interview for experts at Multicultural Family Support Center and multicultural families for empirical research. Research results Gyeonggi Provincial Ordinance for Multicultural Family is a multicultural family support center Improvement of treatment of human resources, segmentation of multicultural (foreigners), actual situation of multicultural families, activation of specialized programs of regional units It is necessary to revise the ordinance to include details such as improvement of the cultural support program.
