中国少数民主地区大学生成就动机、创业自我效 能感与创业意向之间的关系研究 - 基于延边朝鲜族自治州大学生的实证研究-

In the past, the study on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy was limited to the employees in enterprises and companies and paid less attention to the university graduates, not to mention the related study which involved in College Students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention based on the theory of achievement motivation. Based on the review of the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper conducted the concept of carding and put forward the research hypothesis. This paper studied the relationship for the College students’ achievement motivation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in the minority area of China. Based on the survey data from Yanbian University students. The results of empirical analysis, as follow. The achievement motivation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention have significant positive correlation and achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial self-efficacy; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy can positively predict entrepreneurial intention; and entrepreneurship self-efficacy have a full mediation effect in the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial intention. At last, starting with improving the college students’ motivation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the study made recommendations for college students gradually forming entrepreneurial intention.
