The Effects of Hotel Employees’ Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility Activity on Organizational Citizenship: Focused on Difference Effects of Organizational Identification

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of hotel employees’ perception of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on hotel employees’ organizational citizenship. A survey was conducted on 280 five star hotel employees in Seoul and 247 samples were finally used for the data analysis. Using SPSS 18.0 statistics program the frequency analysis, reliability and factor analysis were conducted along with multiple regression analysis, t-test and chow-test. Results revealed that employees’ CSR partially influenced their organizational citizenship. In particular, the economic and ethical responsibility of CSR has positive effects on organizational citizenship. And organizational identification has difference effect the relationship between hotel employees’ perception of CSR and employees’ organizational citizenship. In the final section, both practical and theoretical implications were discussed.
