4차 산업혁명 시대에서 오픈소스 기반의 스타트업 창업 전략

초록
기술적, 산업적 측면에서 제4차 산업혁명은 기술 및 산업 간 융합을 통해 산업구조를 변화시키고 새로운 스마트 비즈니스 모델을 창출시킬 것이다. 제4차 산업혁명의 특성인 초연결성과 초지능화는 사이버물리시스템(CSP)기반의 스마트 팩토리(Smart Factory) 등과 같은 새로운 구조의 산업생태계를 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 제4차 산업혁명의 특징에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 공유경제와 개방형 혁신 패러다임과 기업의 가치를 규명하였다. 또한, 이러한 분석과 가치 규정에 근거하여 첫째, 오픈소스를 활용한 스마트 스타트업 전략, 둘째, 공유와 협력을 통한 시장 선점 전략, 셋째, 공유가치에 기반 한 정부 및 대기업의 정책과 지원 인프라를 활용하는 상생과 협력 전략 등의 세 가지 전략을 4차 산업혁명시대의 스타트업 창업 전략으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 스타트업 창업 전략은 향후 청년 창업가를 지향하는 예비창업자들에게 유의미한 모델이 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 정부의 창업 지원 정책의 방향을 정하는데 있어서도 중요한 길잡이가 될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
From the technical and industrial point of view, the Fourth Industrial Revolution will transform the industrial structure through technology and industry convergence and create a new smart business model. The hyper-connectivity and super-intelligence, which is characteristic of the 4th Industrial Revolution, is creating a new structure of industrial ecosystem such as Cyber Physical System (CSP) based Smart Factory. Based on this, we have identified the shared economy and open innovation paradigm and the value of the enterprise. In addition, based on this analysis and value rule, we derived a start-up business strategy in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The start-up strategy suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era proposed in this study can be a meaningful model for future start-ups aiming at young entrepreneurs.
