동기, 선택속성, 관광만족, 재방문의도, 생활만족간 인과관계에 대한 연구 : 공정여행 여행객을 중심으로

Fair travel is emerging as a tourism product that provides tourists with ethical satisfaction and it positively affect tourists in terms of selection attributes and satisfaction. However, in comparison with the importance of fair travel, previous researches have limitations of mainly focused on concepts, cases, and experiences. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of tourism motivation, selection attributes on tourism satisfaction and the impact of tourism satisfaction on revisit intention and life satisfaction. In this study, data was collected by conducting a survey on tourists in Youndong and Hwanggan in North Chungcheong Province. The results of empirical analysis showed that “nature pursuit” and “relaxation” of motivation, “nature and culture” and “facility and service” of selection attributes have a positive impact on tourism satisfaction. Also, it was found that tourism satisfaction positively affects revisit intention and life satisfaction. Therefore, in order to vitalize fair travel, physical environment, service improvement and other factors need to be considered to satisfy tourists. And the vitalization of fair travel will also have a positive effect on improving tourist’s life satisfaction. Thus, it is necessary to take measures to vitalize fair travel in the future.
