지속가능한 디자인 분석을 통한 화예디자인 작품 제안
A Proposal for a Work of Floral Design by a Sustainable Design Analysis

초록
본 연구에서는 국내외적으로 화두가 되고 있는 지속가능한 디자인에대해 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 화예디자인의 지속가능한 디자인을 주제로 한 작품을 설계하여 다양하고 의미 있는 화예디자인 작품 설계 방안을제안하고자 하였다. 지속가능한 디자인에 대한 전공자의 인식을 살펴보기 위해 설문조사와 이미지 분석을 진행한 결과, 설문의 연상되는 단어는 친환경적, 에코라는 단어가 30%로 가장 높았고 형태는 곡선이 25%로가장 높았다. 색상은 Green과 Green Yellow로 Green계열이 높았다. 이미지 분석에서 주조색과 보조색은 Green Yellow가 가장 높았고 강조색은 Yellow Red가 가장 높았다. 중간색도 Green계열이 주를 이루었고따뜻한 색상이 강조색으로 쓰인 것을 볼 수 있었다. 색조는 주조색이vivid, soft, light순으로 높았고 보조색과 강조색은 vivid가 가장 높았다. 이미지의 분석에서 vivid톤이 높았던 이유는 지속가능한 디자인에 대해서응답자가 맑고 선명한 이미지를 선택하여 이와 같은 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 선은 곡선이 80%가 넘었고 형태는 원형이 좀 더 많은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 5인의 플로리스트들은 지속가능한 디자인을 주제로 현황을 공유하고 고찰한 후, 작품을 제안하였다. 각 작가들의 해석에 의해 제안된 작품을 살펴보면 설문조사 및 작품분석 결과에서 나타난 한정된 색상, 형태및 단어로만 표현하지 않고 작가들의 해석에 의해 폭넓게 작품을 표현한것을 알 수 있었다. 관람자의 공감을 얻고 상호 소통이 원활한 작품을 제작하기 위해서는지속가능한 디자인의 이해도를 높여 작가마다 그 의미와 상징 창조적으로 해석하여 표현해야 할 필요가 있으며 화예디자인에서도 다양하고 시의적절한 주제에 대해 민감하게 반응하여 주제의 폭을 넓히기를 기대해본다.
Abstract
This paper aims to study a sustainable design that became the conversation domestic and international topic and to suggest various and meaningful flower design methods based on the study. the result of the survey and an analysis on the image of a sustainable design to examine the perspectives of people in field of design about the sustainable design is the terms of ‘eco-friendly’, ‘eco’is 30% of the whole respondents. In case of shape concerning a sustainable design, the curve is 25% of the whole and when they remind a sustainable color, it is ‘green’ or ‘green yellow. the dominant color is green yellow in image analysis. and the accent color is yellow red. the halftone is also close to green series and a dominant color of the halftone is close to a warn color. the tone of a dominant color is followed by vivid, soft and light. the reason for the selection of vivid is because they remains a clear image as a sustainable design. 5 florist studied a contemporary sustainable design work and then they suggest a work that they created. a suggested work by 5 florist is various and interesting that is very different with the result of survey. it depends on the interpretation of a florist. It means that many flower designs is able to be interpreted in various ways. To win the sympathy with audiences and to produce a mutual-communicative work, it is necessary to express a creative interpretation by each of works with an excellent understanding on a sustainable design. And academically, it is expected to broaden the scope of a sustainable design in fields of flower design.
