의료복지시설의 환경커뮤니케이션디자인 기초연구

건축계획은 외부환경과 지형 등의 조건에서 가장 그 장소에 어울리는 형태를 만들어 그 안에 기능을 통합해 나가는 작업이다. 배치계획, 방과 방의 연결, 방 내부의 장식으로 설계가 진행되고 각 방의 기능을 갖춘 건물이 만들어져야 한다. 그 건물이 기분좋고 요구되는 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있는지의 여부는 공간에서의 인간의 행동이나 심리적 영향이라는 측면에서 생각해야 한다. 어떤 사람이 어떤 상황에서 이 공간을 이용하는 것인지, 그때의 기분은 어떤 것인지를 상상하면서 그기에 배려된 환경을 만들어 나가는 것이 의료복지시설의 핵심이다. 의료복지시설은 그 규모가 다양하다. 본 연구에서는 지역의 핵심병원인 종합병원을 염두에 두고 이용자의 편에 서서 환경커뮤니케이션디자인에 대해 연구하였다. 어떤 병원은 현관에 들어가면 사방을 바라볼 수 있는 누드 에스컬레이터가 있다. 호텔과 같은 반짝거리는 조명 등으로 순간 병원임을 잊게 되기도 한다. 넓은 환기공간은 개방적이고 자신이 있는 위치를 파악하기 쉬운 이점이 있어 다양한 건축에서 효과적으로 사용되고 있다. 병원외래의 앞이 입구라면 뒷면의 입구에는 응급실이 있는 등, 또 어떤 곳은 외래 대기실의 큰 개방부에서 녹색이 보이고, 레스토랑이 있고, 콘서트도 개최되는 쾌적한 장소를 제공하는 곳도 있다. 그러나 응급실은 입구 근처에 의자가 나란히 배치되어 겨울에 문이 열리면 차가운 바람이 들어와 대기 중인 환자에게 불편을 주는 경우도 있다. 의료복지시설의 대합실이나 로비 층의 인테리어는 경질로 되어 있는 이미지가 많다. 책상위의 컴퓨터는 차가운 느낌을 주고 가구 등의 소재에는 인공적인 것이 많다. 색채도 회색계통으로 적용되어 있어서 딱딱하게 느껴진다. 목재계통의 내장재나 가구를 활용함으로써 따뜻함이 있는 공간으로 연출되어야 한다. 천장에는 구름그림, 벽의 색상은 마음을 진정시키는 파란색 계열, 또는 부드러운 핑크색이 바람직하다. 방문하는 사람들에게 필요한 것은 거대한 공간보다는 오히려 가정적이고 안심할 수 있는 공간, 이해하기 쉬운 커뮤니케이션과 안정감 있는 의자, 마음을 차분하게 해주는 녹색의 정원 등이 의료복지시설에서는 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Architectural planning is the work of integrating the functions into the most appropriate place in the conditions of external environment and topography. The layout should be designed with the interior of the room connected to the room and the room, and a building with the functions of each room should be created. Whether the building is capable of satisfactorily fulfilling the required functions should be considered in terms of human behavior or psychological impact in space. It is the point of medical welfare facilities to create an conducive environment imagining why a person is going to use this space and under what circumstances. Medical welfare facilities vary in size. In this study, I studied the design of environment communication on the side of users with the general hospitals, which are the core hospitals in the region. Some hospitals have nude escalators that can be seen everywhere when you enter the entrance. It is also a flashy light like a hotel that makes you forget that it is a hospital in a moment. The spacious ventilation space has an advantage that it is easy to grasp the position where I am so it is used effectively in various architectures. If the front of the building is the entrance, there is an emergency room at the entrance on the back. Some also offer a pleasant place to see green in the large opening of the outpatient waiting room, a restaurant, and a concert. However, the emergency room may have chairs placed side by side near the entrance, causing cold winds when the door is opened in the winter, causing discomfort to the waiting patient. The interior of the waiting room and the lobby floor of the medical welfare facilities are often hard images. The computer on the desk gives a cold feeling, and there are many artificial material such as of furniture. Also the color is used with gray line which makes it hard. It should be made into a warm space by using the wooden interior material or furniture. Cloud painting on the ceiling and wall color used blue line that calms the mind or soft pink is desirable. For visitors, it is desirable to have a homely and safe space, a stable chair, and a green garden that calms the mind rather than a huge space.
