초록
전통문화란 각 민족의 삶과 지표를 보여주는 것이다. 그들만의 고유한 특성을 나타내는 발자취인 것이다. 또한 그 속에서는 현재에도 놀랄만한 미의식과 철학이 내재되어 있다. 이에 한국적인 그리고 한국만이 가지고 있는 전통문화의 디자인적 가치와 이를 통한 개발 가능성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 먼저 한국적인 문화라는 것이 무엇인가에 대해 알아보고, 문헌과 자료들을 통해 문화의 정체성에 대해 알아본다. 주된 내용은 동양적 종교적 가치에 의한 정신문화와 우리만이 가지고 있는 미(美)에 대해 알아보고, 이를 통한 디자인적 적용 가능성에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 문화의 형성과 관련하여 주변 아시아권의 특성에 대해 논의하고 상호 영향을 통한 공통점과 변용(變容)에 대해서 알아본다. 특히 한국적인 미학의 정립에 대해 주안점을 두어 현재 이전의 신구(新舊) 문화의 특색에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 그 사례 연구를 통해 디자인적 개발 가능성과 가치에 대해서 알아보고, 문화 콘텐츠로써의 적용 가능성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 결론적으로 보았을 때 전통문화를 통한 문화 콘텐츠의 개발은 먼저 그 가치와 개발의 필요성에 대해서 알아야 한다는 것이다. 그리고 이를 위해서는 한국 전통문화에 대한 유관 기관의 알림 과정을 통해서 우리 역사와 문화의 우수성과 정통성에 대한 국민적 공감대와 이해가 먼저 선행되어야 하고, 무엇보다 지속적인 후속 연구가 지속될 수 있는 환경을 조성하여야 한다는 것이다.
Abstract
Traditional culture shows the lives and indicators of each nation. It is a footprint showing their unique characteristics. There is also an astonishing aesthetic and philosophy in it. Therefore, I would like to examine the design value of Korean traditional and Korean traditional culture and the possibility of development through it. First of all, we will look at what is a Korean culture, and learn about cultural identity through literature and materials. The main content is to examine the spiritual culture of oriental religious values and its aesthetic value, and to examine the applicability of design through this. In this study, we first discuss the characteristics of the surrounding region in relation to the formation of culture, and discuss commonalities and transformations through mutual influences. In particular, I will focus on the establishment of Korean aesthetics, and try to understand the characteristics of the old and new culture. Through the case study, we will explore the possibility and value of design development, and discuss the applicability as cultural contents. In conclusion, the development of cultural contents through traditional culture must first be understood about its value and the necessity of development. In order to do this, the public consensus and understanding of the excellence and legitimacy of our history and culture should be preceded by the notification process of related institutions on Korean traditional culture.
