직업상담사의 무형식학습이 전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향과 학습민첩성의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of informal learning on professional identity and mediating effect of learning agility in vocational counselors. For this purpose, 357 vocational counselors’ on-line survey were collected from all provinces. In order to verify the mediating effect of learning agility on the relationship between informal learning and professional identity, multiple regression analysis on the conditions suggested in Baron and Kenny(1986), and bootstrapping was also carried out. The result from this study is that informal learning affects positive professional identity. Furthermore, learning agility is proved to have a mediating effect on the relationship between informal learning and professional identity. It seems to imply that informal learning affects professional identity through learning agility. The implication of this study is that good learning agility with promoting informal learning has positive effect on vocational counselor’s professional identity. Besides, the importance of learning agility for vocational counselors is useful resource and it helps them to have the positive solutions on professional identity. Based on research results, several implications are discussed.
