지역인적자원개발을 위한 지역사회 네트워크 관련연구 동향 분석

In order to establish the sustainable growth of the local economy and community, It is commonly acknowledged that extending learning capacity of the community and activating the local community learning are necessary. Thus, investigating the research trend and providing summary of the research stream is important. This study aims to explore the research trend on local community development network. In order to fulfill the research purpose, this study applied contents analysis and keyword network analysis on author provided keywords which is mutually complementary for investigating research trend in parallel mixed method approach. In this study, a total 91 research articles were identified from the eight indexed journals. The findings of this study are anticipated to extend community network research for sustainable growth of local human resource development. The findings indicate that research fund on local developmental research has decreased. Additionally, research trend showed that quantitative research has increased. From the keyword network analysis, learning community, learning network, life-long learning, and life-long learning city were identified as dominant key words. Based on findings of this study, recommendation and suggestions have provided for further research.
