The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the causes of the crisis in the labor protection law caused by changes in employment environment and seek legislative countermeasures against it. As the traditional manufacturing sector shrinks and the service industry grows, typical workers and other new types of workers are increasing. Therefore, this research paper suggested that the Labor Act should allow the labor law to work more flexibly in protecting workers' working conditions, while also requiring Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act to be applied to labor contracts. This made it easier for new types of workers to receive protection from labor laws.
