Act on Installation and Operation of Law Schools requires externship course as compulsory subject. The Attorneys-at-Law Act requires six months of practical training of new lawyers. In my opinion, it is important to design the course with a focus on which attorney model. Most newcomer lawyers take the form of self-employment after frequent turnover in the practicing lawyer market. Therefore, the practical process and practical training should be considered for the lawyer who is a small self - employed person as a top priority. It should be centered on a minimum understanding of Provisional attachment, Injunction, Damage suit, Registration suit, Divorce suit, and Civil execution proceedings. In practice, such understanding must be embodied through experience. As with the US law school, it is necessary to consider the direction to abolish both the required courses for practical training and the six-month practical training. It is necessary to change the current curriculum, which has to compulsory too many subjects over three years, to complete the necessary legal knowledge in the first year, and to leave the subsequent courses to the autonomy of the individual student thoroughly.
