법학전문대학원의 운영현황과 과제

The purpose of this study is to elucidate some problems in the course of the last 10 years of the operation of law school and to examine the tasks of the operation of law school. Fourth, I requested the Ministry of Education to present practical and uniform guidelines for the stable and systematic provision of legal subjects, since the abolition of the law college, Fifth, suggesting permanent operation of the vacancy supplement system, pointing out that it is not possible to operate all the local law school in the event that the temporary substitute system is replaced with the transfer system.
