The use of a macro-program is not illegal. However, the use of a macro-program in the online ticket booking system should be discusses its illegality. This paper examines the illegality of the using macro-program in online ticket booking system in advance of resale. The purposes of this study were: (1) to examine whether the current law can be applied to the act. The first part of this paper discusses whether or not paragraph 1 or 3 of article 48 'Act On Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization And Information Protection, Etc.' can be applied. It is also reviewed the applicability to the Criminal Law Regulations, Article 314(Interference with Business); (2) to review legislation presented as a solution in relation to the unauthorized use of the macro program and to examine each issue of measures; Based on these discussions, it can be seen that the current legislation on the use of macro-program that are not allowed by the online ticketing system is concerned with duplication of sanctions. Therefore, if it know that the use of a macro program is not allowed, but use them on purpose, then such acts would be an infringement of a quare deal or fair access. In this case, legislation could be considered as a solution.
