조직정치지각이 조직공정성 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 특 1급 호텔구성원 중심으로

This study uses empirical research to test the influence that hotel employees’ perceptions of organizational politics(POP) have on organizational justice(OJ) and organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB). A total of 350 sets of questionnaires were distributed, from November 1 to December 30, 2017, to employees at super deluxe hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the data gathered from 308 sets were used to test the hypotheses. The analysis revealed the following results: First, when it comes to the influence of the hotel employees’ perceptions of organizational politics on (OJ), supervisory perceptions of politics(SPP), one of the variables of organizational politics, did not have a negative (-) influence on distributive justice(DJ) and interactional justice(IJ), but had a negative impact on procedural justice(PJ). On the other hand, co-worker perceptions of politics(CPP) negatively influenced all of (DJ), (PJ), and (IJ). Second, as for the influence that (OJ) has on (OCB), (DJ) and (IJ) affected (OCB), whereas (PJ) did not have any impact on (OCB). The results suggested that the hotel employees’ increased perceptions might influence (DJ) and (IJ) and consequently negatively affect the hotel employees, and that improved (PJ) could improve the (OCB) of hotel employees.
