환경 불확실성 상황에서 Smart SCM 관점의 민첩성 역량이 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 개별기업 및 공급사슬 구성원이 직면하게 되는 환경 불확실성 요인들이 Smart SCM 관점의 민첩성역량에 미치는 영향과 이러한 민첩성 역량이 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향 및 기업규모(매출액)에 따른 환경 불확실성, 민첩성 역량의 지각 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 먼저 환경 불확실성과 민첩성 역량들 간의 가설검정 결과 환경 불확실성 요인들은 부분적으로 민첩성 역량에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 세부적으로는 고객 불확실성은 유연성과 반응성에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 공급자 불확실성은 경영능력과 유연성에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로, 경쟁자 불확실성은 경영능력, 유연성, 신속성에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 기술(산업) 불확실성은 경영능력, 반응성, 신속성에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 그리고 민첩성 역량들과 공급사슬성과 간의 가설검정 결과 민첩성 역량들은 공급사슬성과에 대부분 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 세부적으로는 경영능력과 유연성은 외부 고객만족성과에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 반응성과 신속성은 내부 프로세스 성과와 외부 고객만족 성과에 유의한 긍정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 연구항목들에 대하여 기업규모(매출액)에 따른 지각 차이를 분석한 결과 환경 불확실성, 민첩성 역량의 대부분의 연구항목에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 공급사슬 상의 기업들에게 환경 불확실성에 대한 반응 및 대응을 위하여서는 Smart SCM 측면의 민첩성 역량으로서 경영능력, 유연성, 반응성, 신속성 역량의 제고가 필요하고, 이러한 민첩성 역량의 제고는 공급사슬성과인 내부 프로세스 성과와 외부 고객만족 성과로 이어질 수 있다. 또한 기업의 규모(매출액)가 비교적 작은 중소기업은 대기업들과 비교 시 환경 불확실성과 Smart SCM 측면에서의 민첩성 역량에 대한 지각이 비교적 낮게 나타나 중소기업들에 대한 Smart SCM의 민첩성 역량의 제고를 위한 지원을 필요로 한다. 이러한 중소기업의 민첩성 역량 제고 지원은 최종적으로 해당 공급사슬의 Smart SCM의 역량 구축으로 연결될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of environmental uncertainties faced by individual firms and supply chain members on the agility capacity of Smart SCM and the effect of agility capacity on supply chain performance and environmental uncertainty. First, hypothesis tests between environmental uncertainty and agility capabilities revealed that environmental uncertainty factors had a positive (+) effect on the part of the agility capacity. Specifically, customer (demand) uncertainty has a positive (+) significant effect on flexibility and responsiveness, supplier uncertainty has a positive (+) influence on management capability and flexibility, competitor uncertainty is related to, (Industry) uncertainty has a positive (+) significant effect on managerial ability, responsiveness, and promptness. As a result of hypothesis test between agility capacity and supply chain performance, agility capacity has a positive (+) significant effect on supply chain performance. Specifically, management capability and flexibility have a positive (+) significant effect on external customer satisfaction performance, and reactivity and promptness have a positive (+) effect on both internal process performance and external customer satisfaction. Finally, the analysis of perceptual differences according to size of firms showed that there was a significant difference in most research items of environmental uncertainty and agility capacity. In order to respond to and respond to environmental uncertainties to companies in the supply chain, it is necessary to enhance management capability, flexibility, responsiveness, and rapid capability as agility capability in terms of Smart SCM. Process performance and external customer satisfaction. In addition, SMEs with comparatively small enterprises have relatively low perception of environmental uncertainty and agility capacity in terms of Smart SCM compared with large enterprises, and need support for SMEs' agility capacity enhancement for SMEs. This support for SMEs' agility capacity will ultimately lead to the establishment of the Smart SCM of the supply chain.
