청년창업자의 동기요인이 창업 자기효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 창업실패에 대한 두려움의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study examined the personal and social motivation factors based on the previous research that young entrepreneurs feel less fear of failure in start-up. In this study, we found desire for self-fulfillment, desire for autonomy, and desire for management competence as motivation factors of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of young entrepreneurs. In addition, we examined the role of the fear of entrepreneurial failure as a moderating variable in the relationship between motivation factors and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The results of the study are as follows. First, desire for self-fulfillment and desire for autonomy have a significant influence on the variables of the self-efficacy. Second, the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, In the relationship between desire for self-fulfillment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the moderating effect of fear of failure was greater in the higher group than the lower group. This is another motivation for desire for self-fulfillment needs to overcome the fear of start-up failure.
