초록
사회심리학적 관점으로 트라우마를 이해하면 트라우마의 경험은 개인에게만 한정되지 않는다.왜냐하면 개인의 경험은 사회에 영향을 주게 되고, 사회는 트라우마 경험자가 구성원으로 적응하는데 지속적으로 관여하기 때문이다. 그러므로 트라우마를 경험한 대상자에게 영향을 주는 사회적 구조와 환경 또한 심도있게 다루어 져야 한다. 사회심리학자 조지 허버트 미드(George Herbert Mead)가 주장한 ‘일반화된 타자’(Generalized Others)로서 긍정적 경험을 트라우마 경험자에게 제공하는 것은 그들이 공동체의 일원으로 적응하여 살아가는데 도움을 준다. 목회신학적 관점에서 트라우마 경험자는 트라우마와 함께 하나님 부재의 경험을 하고 있다. 트라우마로 인한 하나님을 향한 분노나 실망감은 버림받은 느낌, 소외와 고독감 등 여러 가지 정서적 문제의 근본 원인이 된다. 목회상담자는 대상자 스스로도 이해하지 못하는 개인의 말과 행동속에 나타나는 다양한 영적 갈망을 듣고 해석하는 신학자이다. 그러므로 목회상담자는 이 대상자에게 목회적 돌봄을 제공해야 한다. 트라우마 경험자가 이해하지 못하는 적응의 과정을 돕는 해석자로서의 목회상담자인 것이다. 본 연구는 산업재해라는 특수한 트라우마를 경험한 63명의 근로자들에게 실시한 집단 상담프로그램의 효과에 대한 것이다. 수용적이고 안전한 공동체로서 집단상담의 경험이 산재 근로자에게 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 관한 것이다. 결론적으로 집단상담 프로그램은 모든 대상자에게 긍정적 성장의 효과를 나타냈다. 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위해서 프로그램 실시 전과 실시 후에 ‘외상후 성장척도’(PTGI; Post Traumatic Growth Inventory)를 사용하여 점수를 비교하였다. 집단 프로그램에 참여한 대상자 전원 모두 PTGI 4가지 성장요소 점수가 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 전체 평균은 57.7점에서 76.4점으로 증가하였다.
Abstract
Understanding the a trauma in light offrom a social psychological perspectives means that experience of the trauma is not limited to the individual. Personal experience is influenced by society, and society is constantly involved in adapting individuals as a social members. Therefore, a the social structure and environment that affect the a trauma victim should be dealt with in depth. Social psychologist George Herbert Mead asserted that pProviding a positive experience to the trauma-experienced as a 'generalized others' - asserted by a social psychologist George Herbert Mead helps the victim to adapt and live as a member of the community. From the perspective of the pastoral theology, trauma experienced is confessing the absence of God with in the trauma. The anger or disappointment toward God after a trauma happensed is an origin oforiginates from various emotional problems such as feelings of abandonment, alienation and loneliness. A pastoral counselor is a theologian who hears and interprets various spiritual aspirations that appear in the words and actions of individuals who do not understand themselves. Therefore, the pastoral counselor should provide pastoral care for that kind of people. It is a A pastoral counselor as can serve as an interpreter that who might help the someone who experience trauma experienced who but does not understand the process of adjustment. This study presents us the effect of a group counseling program on 63 workers who experienced trauma of from industrial accidents. And it is a study onIt also examines the effect of group counseling experience on industrial workers as ain creating a receptive and safe community. In conclusion,The findings were that this group counseling program showeds a positive growth effect for all participants. To measure the effectiveness of this program, scores were compared using the Post Traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) before and after this program. All the participants in this group program showed and increase in that four growth factors of PTGI increased. The oOverall average increased from 57.7 to 76.4.
