알짜 중소기업 모델 분석에 관한 연구
An Empirical Research on Evaluation Model of Small Giant SMEs

초록
본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업이 처한 경제 상황과 정책을 고려한 알짜 중소기업 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 알짜 중소기업 평가모형은 안정성(S), 혁신성(I), 성장성(G), 생산성(P), 수익성(E), 공헌성(C) 등 6개 부분으로 구성되어 있으며 평가등급은 기업 경영 정보를 포함하고 있는 중소기업의 재무 변수들로 산출되었다. 본 연구에서는 2010년부터 2013년까지 연간 재무데이터의평균값을 사용하였다. 4단계로 이뤄진 분석과정은 다음과 같다. (1) 중소기업별 데이터베이스구축, (2) 평가지표별 등급구간 설정, (3) 평가지표 및 부문별 가중치 산출, (4) 중소기업별 최종평점 산출이다. 연구결과 알짜 중소기업은 분석에 사용된 120,281개의 중소기업 중 16,611개로산출되었다. 그리고 알짜 중소기업의 평균업력, 영업이익률, 매출액은 각각 16.5년, 16.1%, 123억원으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 재무변수를 고려한 알짜 중소기업관련 연구가 드물다는 점에서 의미를 가진다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This paper analyze the model of“ Small Giant SMEs” in a changing Korean economic environments and policies. Evaluation model of“ Small Giant SMEs” consists of the six sectors such as stability(S), innovation(I), growth(G), productivity(P), profitability(E), contribution(C). Evaluating rating is claculated by the SME's financial variables with include information about the level of management. This study uses average value of company’s annual financial data from 2010 to 2013. The 4 stages of a empirical model are summarized as follows : (1) Establishment of financial database by SMEs, (2) Settlement of grades by value indexes (3) Estimation of the weighted value by variables and sectors, (4) Calculation the final score by SMEs. As the result, Small Giants are 16,611 of 120,281 SMEs. And the average age, rate of operating profits and sales of Small Giant SMEs is 16.5 years, 16.1% and 12.3 billion won. This paper has a valuable meaning because the empirical research of Small Giant SMEs using only financial data.
