중소제조기업의 MRO 아웃소싱이업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In this study, an empirical analysis was conducted, considering outsourcing performance and its determinants as an integrated model based on the theoretical backgrounds of outsourcing, to identify the variables that affect decision making of small and medium-sized manufacturers' decision making for MRO outsourcing and the influences of the degree of outsourcing on its effectiveness. The results of the study are as follows; Firstly, competitive advantages and financial capabilities which are organizational characteristics of small and medium-sized companies have significant negative effects on the degree of outsourcing. It implies that the degree of MRO outsourcing significantly increases as competition advantages and financial capabilities are week. Secondly, work characteristics and IT capabilities have significant negative relation with the degree of outsourcing. However, IT resources do not have significant effects on it. Thirdly, the degree of MRO outsourcing significantly and positively influence on work utility, work efficiency, and work productivity. Lastly, as a result of verifying moderating effects of the suitability of suppliers on the relationships between the degree of MRO outsourcing and its performance, the moderating effects of the suitability of customers were partially identified and it was found that the influences of those effects on work effectiveness and productivity increase as the degree of outsourcing rises when the suitability of suppliers is high.
